Looking for a safe place to travel to after a long lockdown? Well you've come to the right place. The pandemic did manage to spare few countries around world, most of them are probably places you've never heard much about.
Some of the countries in this list closed their borders at the right time and took the necessary precautions to reduce the spread of the virus, hence giving them the covid-free status as of today.
If you're planning your next vacay after the rude interruption of the travel ban, here are some countries you should consider
1. Fiji
Fiji reported it's first Covid case on March 19, 2020. By April 20, 2020 the country was declared itself Covid free after all of it's 18 cases recovered. Flights were banned from certain countries, a 15 days quarantine for people and schools and non-essential businesses were closed for over four weeks.
Tonga has been strict with travel rules since February, especially when the bordering Island reported it's first cases of Corona Virus. Tonga was on a complete lockdown since the end of March, untill they started repatriation flight in mid-July to get Tongans back from Fiji.

Seychelles reported just 11 cases of COVID-19 with a complete recovery and no deaths.
5. Vatican City
While Vatican was close to Rome which was heavily impacted by the virus, as of June 6, 2020 Vatican was declared Covid-free after all of it's 12 patients recovered.
6. Solomon Islands
Solomon Islands is amongst One of the least visited countries in the world and can be accessed only on flights from close countries. Travellers who enter from infected countries faces a 14 day quarantine. No known cases have been reported since the outbreak.
Tuvalu, Oceania
Tuvalu often ranks among the least visited countries in the world. This is possibly why it remains Covid-free
