Nigerian Media Mogul, Mo Abudu Reveals Production Of 'Chief Daddy' Sequel

A sequel to 2018 blockbuster 'Chief Daddy' is officially in works according to Media Mogul and will be streamed exclusively on Netflix.

Mo Abudu made the announcement via Instagram on Thursday, July 30. 

She shared;

I am pleased to announce that EBONYLIFE FILMS, the creators and producers of Chief Daddy in partnership with Netflix will be bringing you Chief Daddy 2!!!

She also revealed that the sequel will be directed by Niyi Akimolayan, the director of Chief Daddy, The Wedding Party etc will be available on Netflix in 2021. The star cast including Joke Silva, Funke Akindele, Kate Henshaw, Nkem Owoh among others will also reportedly make a come back
